All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. We can correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a price is wrong we’ll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
An order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you tracking. If an item is out of stock we’ll tell you within one business day and offer a substitute, a backorder or a refund.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available to receive a signature-required delivery, redelivery fees may apply.
30 days for unused, boxed goods. Faulty goods are covered by the warranties set out on our warranty page and by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Trade pricing and 30-day terms are granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn for late payment. Invoices are due 30 days from the statement date; overdue accounts may attract interest at 2% per month.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost labour or project delays.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
