Your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number; your order history; and basic analytics about how you use the site. If you open a trade account we also store your ABN and business name.
To pick, pack and deliver your order, to issue a GST invoice, to handle warranty claims, and to tell you about stock and pricing if you’ve opted in. Nothing more exotic than that.
Our freight partners (name, address, phone — so they can deliver), our payment processors (to take payment) and our email platform (if you subscribed). We do not sell customer data. Ever.
Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined without breaking the store.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email privacy@workkitsupply.com and we’ll action it within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied you can complain to the OAIC.
The site runs over HTTPS end to end, card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it.
